Do you really come to my house or workplace?

Do you charge for diagnostics?

There is a diagnostic fee when a problem needs real testing, and we tell you the fee before we drive out. Have us do the repair and the diagnosis effectively pays for itself.

Do you work on all makes and models?

We work on the domestic and import cars, trucks, SUVs, and vans that fill Michigan driveways — and diesel is a specialty, from light-duty pickups up through medium-duty and heavy diesel trucks. Tell us the year, make, and model when you call and we will confirm on the spot.

Will independent repair void my factory warranty?

No. Federal law protects your right to have maintenance and repair done outside the dealership, as long as the work meets the manufacturer's specification. We work to spec and you get records for your file.

Do you supply parts, or can I buy my own?

We supply quality parts and stand behind the complete job — that is what we recommend. If you have already bought a part we can usually install it, but then the coverage is on our labor only.
